Tea Tour 2009

Visit me on my two-month tour beginning September 2009. I will be hosting tea parties at vacation destinations and work sites throughout the Western United States. While serving up tea, I’ll be asking people about the pressures they feel on their time, what activities bring them peace, and how they can apply the analogous tea time to their daily life.

Tea Tour 2009 playfully promotes the ritual of relaxation in a time-stressed culture, while addressing the serious effects of a 24/7 society.

Watch for the van, short and stout, with the huge handle and fiberglass spout. Take some time for tea with me!

Dumpster Dive Dance Party

It's not worth any money. It's too crappy to donate. I don't want it, but I can't bear to part with it.

Dance with me as I celebrate a ritual of release of my neuroses while parting ways with nail polish and calculators, Midol and colored pencils. There just might be something you'll want for yourself, but you'll have to dive for it. It'll be a 15 minute dance party, so don't be late! I'm on at 8:00pm sharp.

This performance is in conjunction with the International Noise Conference featuring 15 bands in one night, each with 15 minute time slots, beginning at 7pm. Cool.
